Dedagroup Digital Academy – Stealth Edition is a training on-the-job program thought to encourage the development of skills demanded by the new digital professions in the field of Fashion & Luxury.

Focusing on Stealth® The Fashion Platform, the Made-in-Italy ERP for managing fashion processes, this program consists of on-site lessons and workshops culminating in concrete employment opportunities.

Target Audience

The Dedagroup Digital Academy - Stealth Edition is addressed to young graduates coming from technical-scientific and IT programs with a good knowledge of English willing to undertake a professional training course in a dynamic environment dedicated to Fashion&Luxury Retail. Professional profiles that we aim to train are Consultants, Accounts, PM, Functional Analysts and Software Developers.

Training Program

Dedagroup Digital Academy – Stealth Edition is a full-time, 6-months-long and on-the-job training programme. It prepares the participants to face the exigencies of the Fashion & Luxury market thanks to the collaboration of internal/external professional experts. For the entire duration of the training program, each participant will be assisted by a dedicated tutor.

The course is held in Padova at the headquarter of Dedagroup Stealth and it will consist of several moments:

Corporate Identity and Fashion Company: a common training part during which the trainers will deal with several topics such as Business Value (Economics), Organization, Data and Management Systems, Agile Methodologies, Digital Economy, People Value, History of fashion, Corporate flows in the world of Fashion and the Stealth solution, The Fashion Platform Made in Italy;
Specialized courses: after the common training program is complete, the participants will follow two different paths, according to their future role; Functional Analysts and Software Developers will deepen the Fashion & Retail modules of Stealth® The Fashion Platform different focuses. The first group will deal with concepts related to Stealth® Core, Sales and Distribution, Supply Chain and Production, Retail, S-Apps and Stealth IT; the second group will deal with issues related to Stealth® Architecture, Database and Metadata, PL-SQL / Java, ADF / BIP, WebServices & API and Form & Report.

This path was born with the idea of creating vertically specialized professionals in the world of fashion and, in particular, on the Software Made in Italy Stealth® the Fashion Platform. Furthermore, it aims at strengthening the relationship with customers thanks to sector-specific training held by expert teachers who work daily in contact with the biggest luxury brands.

A fundamental role will be performed by the internal trainers who - thanks to their long-term experience serving the greatest fashion brands - will transmit expertise, culture, and knowledge in the fashion&luxury sector to the participants taking part in Dedagroup Digital Academy – Stealth Edition.

Once you complete the Dedagroup Digital Academy - Stealth Edition, a certificate of participation will be issued.

Some courses will be held in Italian only.
