Fieramilano Rho is once again hosting LINEAPELLE, one of the largest international exhibitions dedicated to the leather goods, accessories, fabrics, clothing, and leather furniture sectors, with a biennial event presenting the spring-summer and autumn-winter collections.From 19 to 21 September, the Italian capital of Fashion will guest Italian companies whose unmistakable style and unparalleled quality continue to define the primacy of an industry that continues to stand out in the world.
The 102nd edition of LINEAPELLE will be attended by 1,330 exhibitors from 47 countries, with an expected number of 25,000 visitors from all over the world.
A number that confirms the strength of this exhibition that sets a new ambitious goal for 2023: defining the horizons of the global supply chains of fashion, luxury, and design, drawing new scenarios for the Industry in a sustainable and innovative perspective.
During the 2023 edition of LINEAPELLE, it will be possible to attend the Science Based Fashion Talks, organized in collaboration with SPIN360. It is a series of meetings and debates focused on topics of interest for the Industry ranging from innovation to market trends and new technologies.
The events will continue throughout the duration of the exhibition and it will be an opportunity to listen to the opinions of international speakers from the scientific field, institutions, fashion companies and the Fashion tech sector who will deal with five main subjects: Our Common Future, The World of Trends, Eco-Design Solutions, Neutral Supply Chains and Circular Economy.
Regulations and legislatures on sustainability and traceability are substantially impacting the fashion industry, accelerating the sector's green transition. Fashion&Luxury brands are facing a great challenge that requires the implementation of solid strategies focused on consumers increasingly sensitive to ethical and sustainable fashion. Accelerating the transformation of production models and bringing them into line with new business models and market demands is not an easy path, but thanks to innovation and the valuable support of science and technology fashion companies can achieve excellent results.
This will be discussed in detail during the Workshop THE WORLD OF TRENDS - EMERGING SUPPLY CHAIN RELATIONSHIPS, which will be held this afternoon from 14.30 in the context of the exhibition LINEAPELLE.
The session will be moderated by Filippo Santoro of SPIN360 and Luca Tonello, General Manager of Deda Stealth and CEO of Zedonk will share the stage with important names on the scientific scene and internationally renowned brands including Kerry Bannigan (Fashion lmpact Fund), Fabio Crosignani (Eurizon Capital SGR), Silvia Gugliotta (Manolo Blahnik), Nicolò Giusti (Tommy Hilfiger), Elisabetta Baronio (Timberland) and Nick Aubrey (The New Zealand Luxury Group).
