Deda Stealth acquires Competitoor to expand presence in the United States

We are excited to announce the acquisition of Competitoor, a company specializing in AI-backed pricing and market intelligence for price optimization. This acquisition marks a key milestone in our growth strategy, allowing us to strengthen our offering in the U.S. market. 

As a leader in technology solutions for the Fashion Industry in Italy, where we support nearly 70% of brands in managing their processes along the entire value chain, we are ready to bring our expertise and innovation to the United States. Together with Competitoor, which boasts a robust AI-driven pricing platform, we will serve over 1,000 clients in the fashion industry.

Luca Tonello, CEO of Deda Stealth, will also take on the role of President of the U.S. division to lead this new phase of expansion. Maurizio Catellani, CEO of Competitoor, will remain on board as a minority shareholder, ensuring continuity and expertise.
